The serum comes with a pump, which is a big plus. The consistency is gel-like and absorbs nicely. It soothes and smoothes the skin, but the acne scars haven't disappeared. I'm not mistaken that it reduced pores. It's simple, it doesn't offend, it doesn't excite🤷🏻‍♀️
